I found a server called Overstressed SMP and it is launching on February 22nd at 3PM GMT. It feels like a fresh start server where everyone can jump in at the same time.
There is a custom questline with over 250 quests so you always have stuff to do. The server also has a player run economy with shops and a currency system.
The spawn is huge and built by the staff team and they want you to explore it. You can pick your way out of spawn too since you can take a bridge to town or go down into the forest. There is also a road network called the Romana road network that connects the world. You get starter spurs and you can grab a horse and start your journey.
