Puffer SMP is a Hermitcraft inspired survival server that feels super community focused. The players like to team up and make huge builds and big farms and they also plan stuff like minigames and secret bases.
There is a shopping district and a working in game economy so trading and player shops are a big deal. The server also runs a separate creative server where people can design builds together and it has World Edit and Axiom.
This is an adults only server and it has a strict application process with no exceptions. The goal is to keep out kids and griefers so the world stays chill.
They also have Bluemap for both servers and they run regular events. Staff is active and helpful and the server is up 24/7 on a dedicated machine with 64gb RAM. They also use Ledger and they have a Reddit page to post updates.
