Eclipsia SMP is a modded 1.20.1 world that feels pretty chill but still high stakes. It is all about exploring new places and slowly upgrading your stuff while you play in a world that has magic everywhere.
The server is on its second season so some people survived season one and are coming back but new players are welcome too. It has a small but growing community and it is friendly and open to LGBTQ plus players.

MistCraft is a modded Java server that is on season 2 and the world resets every 6 months so it feels fresh but still lets you build for a while.
The server uses the Origins mod and a bunch of extra origin packs so you can pick different races and classes and play in totally different ways. There are magic style mods dark orb crafting and custom origins so your character actually feels special.
The world is amplified so the terrain is really tall and crazy and the border is limited so players are not spread out forever. There are exploration mods with new biomes bosses artifacts relics and dungeons so you always have something to do.
You also get create and its addons plus building mods like bits and chisels and some farming and village mods so you can make cool bases automatic stuff and better towns. There is better combat archery expansion and extra hostility so fights feel more intense.
Quality of life stuff like homes graves onscreen coordinates simple voice chat backpacks and inventory expansion makes it easier to live in this wild world. It is a 16 plus whitelist server so the community leans more chill and players are actually approved before joining.
The server runs Minecraft 1.20.1 with forge mods and is hosted by a proper host so it is made for people who really like modded amplified worlds and origin based gameplay.
