Pixel Springs is a cozy modded SMP on Minecraft 1.20.1 and it is made for people who want a long term world that never resets. The vibe is inclusive and calm so it feels more like settling in than rushing to beat the game.
It has lots of builder friendly mods and also a bunch of farming content. There is a custom FTB Quests setup so collectors can chase tons of items and get rewards while learning mods.

Exploring stays useful because there is a resource overworld dimension that resets sometimes. The server also has an admin team that helps out and they do frequent backups.
