There is a New Roman Empire you can join and they say there are no real requirements. New players and veteran builders and engineers and PvPers can all fit in and they will help you get started and find a role.
The whole point is building cities making alliances and getting into real wars between player made nations. If you like server politics and big projects this is the vibe.
