There are tons of biomes to explore with mods like Biomes o Plenty and Terralith so the world feels huge and interesting. There are special items you can get through certain ways and it feels cool when you finally obtain them.
You can pick an aspect which is like choosing a race in game and you can use its strengths to your advantage. There are extra ores too so progression feels more fun with new tools and weapons to craft.
The Create mod is in the server so you can build machines and contraptions as long as they are reasonable. The owner really wants suggestions and plans many events once the server begins so players can have a lot of fun together.
To join you get whitelisted through a ticket system where you talk with the owner or a moderator and if they think you fit the community you get added.
