I found LegacyMC and it is a raw vanilla anarchy server. It is just survival with no rules and no gameplay changing plugins.
The world is open and it does not do land claims or teleporting. PvP is on and griefing and raiding are allowed. There is no admin interference so whatever happens is on the players.
The server started in June 2025 so it still feels like a place where you can make a real mark. It is hosted on dedicated hardware in Australia for low latency for Australia and New Zealand.
It also says there is no pay to win and no monetisation. Donations are not required and they will not be requested. Anyone can join with no whitelist and there are no applications or queues.
