AvalonEarth is a geopolitics earth style SMP where the map is scaled 1 to 500 so there is a lot of space to build nations and claim land.
The server uses Towny so players can make towns and nations instead of just random bases. Anyone can create a nation because the server gives starter money and there are no player count requirements to begin.
The main way to make money is by doing jobs and farming and fishing. The owner also plans to add more ways to earn soon.
AvalonEarth started its first season in September and built a strong community. Now it is in the second season and lots of new players have joined.
There are many conflicts and wars for players who like fighting and strategy. But if you do not like war you can still live a peaceful life and try to avoid the fights.
Overall the server feels like a place where you can choose your own way of playing with nations wars or calm town life.

TerraCraft is a newer geopolitical Earth server where players build towns and nations and try to control land.
The server uses no mods at all. It runs on plugins and resource packs so there is basically nothing to download which makes it really easy to join and start playing.
There are regular events that connect to what is going on in the world. This helps keep things active and gives players stuff to do besides just grind.
TerraCraft also has a custom bot that links the server chat to Discord. People on Discord can see chat and when players join so it feels more connected.
You can play on Java and Bedrock in version 1.21. The whole idea is to join TerraCraft start your own nation and try to conquer new lands.

Astral Swords is a Java PvP server that feels like normal Minecraft but with extra swords made just for fighting. It runs on version 1.21.10 and it is based in North America so the ping is good if you are close.
The server is mostly vanilla and does not change normal gameplay outside of a custom sword plugin. The plugin adds unique swords that are designed to be fun but also balanced so fights feel fair. Everything else plays like regular Minecraft survival.
There is no whitelist so you can just join and start playing. Players are allowed to build at spawn which makes the center of the world feel busy and alive instead of empty.
PvP events are hosted on a regular basis so there is always something to do if you like combat. There are no pay to win features so people with money do not get unfair advantages. It is all about skill and how well you use the swords in battle.

This is a gens and box PvP server where you can get into fights really fast. Progression is super easy. Most players can get a full set in under seven minutes and then jump right into PvP.
The server has KOTH every hour. If you win KOTH you get gold and you can trade that gold for custom items. There are special weapons like a KOTH sword with extra sharpness and a juggernaut sword that gives you more hearts but swings slower. You can also unlock the recipe for maces.
There is an event running right now with an advent calendar. Each day you can claim event tokens and work toward getting the Dash sword. The Dash sword lets you dash in the air kind of like Jett from Valorant so you can make crazy plays and chase kills.
Gens are simple and trading is simple so it does not feel confusing. There is no gambling and no pay to win so everyone has a fair shot. The staff team is active and there are tournaments for more competitive players.
The server is currently based in the EU and they say they might add an NA version if the server grows enough.
