MushroomSMP is a small semi vanilla survival server for adults who just want to chill and play. It runs on Java 1.21.11 and is based in the UK and the server is 18 plus and whitelisted so it feels safe and more mature.

The world has no border so you can explore as far as you want and find your own spot. There is ingame voice chat but no one is forced to use it so you can just type if you want. The server focuses on a vanilla style experience with only essential plugins that help performance and keep things running smooth.

Players are working on community stuff like a shopping district and there are events like buildathons and a weekly style lottery planned. There are no donations or pay to win things so everyone just plays for fun and not for money.

The community is small right now and wants to grow slowly. There is no pressure to be online all the time because people have lives outside Minecraft. It feels relaxed and friendly and seems good if you want a long term SMP with other adults.
