Welcome to MazeLife SMP

MazeLife SMP is a roleplaying server following the concept of the book and film “Maze Runner”. In MazeLife SMP you wake up in a pit, dazed and confused. You have no memory of anything other than your name. As you rise from the pit, you are surrounded my towering stone walls, hundreds of metres in height. What will you do? Can you escape? Should you escape?

MazeLife is an RP server, however, you will have a lot of free time to chill, have fun, build, explore, etc. In this free time, there is a daily quest board with tasks to do for rewards. Quests may vary from, for example, ‘Collect 64 Carrots’, to something like ‘Build a Community Stage’.

The server will have a heavy admin driven plot, however, we highly encourage you to create your own characters lore and story, and develop it with other players.

MazeLife runs about 50 mods, however, the majority of these are small, quality of life, or performance mods.

A server that’s main goal is to provide fun worldbuilding via roleplay, nations, and conflict. Come join us in our small but hopefully growing community and make history.

We want players to join and build their own stories, and see how theirs interacts with others in the grand scheme of things.

Asides from a worldbuilding aspect, we have a friendly community that’s accepting of all peoples (except meanies!), there are in-game community events that everyone has a jolly time in.

In order to filter out any wrong-doers, we have an application process that shouldn’t be too hard, all you have to do is talk about what you plan to do on the server in terms of interaction and any lore and read some neat rules!

No, you the griefprotect and claimable are only goes from spawn (x=0, z=0) to x=5000, z=5000 because we want the community to be connected, this is also why we deactivated elytra, if you want to travel fast make roads or railways!

Can I invite my friends?

Yes, of course you can, and we heavily encourage you to do so as we want an active and connected community.

Can I make my own nation?

Yes, especially in the early days of the server new nations will be heavily encouraged, but joining an existing nation is also great as less active and highly populated nations are better then many one man nations.

Brisk is a modded Minecraft server about simulating politics and war. We have a decently sized community and a focus on lore and storytelling. Although participation lore is encouraged it is not required.

Geopolitical?

In a Geopolitical server, it is encouraged for a new player to form a nation somewhere on the map and protect their borders from intruders, and wage war on other countries.

As such there is less admin protection against griefing and theft than other servers so you must be prepared to protect yourself.

State of the world

As of now, 3 major groups have formed in the world. First are the Gaians who are a bit insane. Then the Principality of Cockshire who worship their prince, and the communists Kutzians who revel in their industry.

This isn’t just some slapped together bending server; I’ve implemented bending to my existing well-refined Factions server.
