Krakencraft is a modded server made for people who really like MC Eternal 2. It mixes tech and magic so you can go crazy with machines or spells or both.
The server wants you to stick around for a long time. You can claim land with FTB Chunks so your base and builds stay safe. There are also FTB Teams so you can share quest rewards and move through the modpack together with your friends.
Progression is based around the questbook. As you follow it you get loot crates for hitting milestones. The tech side has stuff like Mekanism ore doubling and big digital storage with AE2 so you can automate your whole base.
For gear you can make custom unbreakable tools with Tinkers Construct that level up as you use them. There is also the Rats mod so you can set up rat logistics or even train rats to defend your base.
There is a live 3D BlueMap so you can see the world in real time and plan builds or find people. New players get a sleeping bag some food and a boat so the first night is not super rough.
The community is active and hangs out on Discord to talk about mods get help and follow events. Overall it feels like a server built for people who want a long term MC Eternal 2 world with a mix of tech magic and quests.

The Fahr Realm is a long running survival server originally created in 2016 for friends to play together. It focuses on fair gameplay with no pay to win elements so everyone stays on an even playing field. The server uses Towny for land protection, along with Mcmmo to give an RPG like feel as you level skills. You will encounter infernal mobs with special loot for a real challenge, and there are also vehicles such as planes and cars, plus guns and explosives for extended combat. When you first join, you appear in a white room where you can read the rules. Next, two villagers help you choose your own custom starter kit instead of a fixed set of items. A final room gives extra information before you head out into the wilderness, where a sleep voting system lets players skip the night. The Fahr Realm was built with care and invites new players to come online and enjoy the unique mix of protection, progression, and challenging combat.

Waffle and Sonne is a small survival server focused on a classic free economy experience. The world is set to hard difficulty and uses regular spawn areas divided into plots, shops, and a currency system indexed to diamonds. Players can buy and sell real estate, trade with others, and use various economy and casino systems. The server offers claims for protection, keep inventory, mcMMO skills, clans, marriages, and cheat protection. There are arenas and PvP areas where item drops are enabled outside the arena.
