Emperium SMP is a new survival server that is still in beta right now. It is meant to be a semi anarchy style server with some plugins.
At the moment the only thing open is the anarchy server. The owners say they are working a lot to add more game modes later.
People of all ages can join here. There is freedom to play how you want but obvious bully behavior is not allowed. So you can still have chaos but without people being toxic on purpose.
