This is a wild anarchy server in Europe and the world is permanent. The owner says there are no resets ever so what you build or destroy actually stays.
It runs on strong hardware with a fast processor and nvme ssds and a lot of ram so it feels like it is made to stay up for a long time.

This server is called Apotheosis Anarchy and it is all about wild survival without hacking. The idea is you get that anarchy feeling but everyone has to play fair.
It is mostly vanilla but the terrain is changed and there are a lot of new vanilla style structures to find. So the world feels fresh and kind of epic but still like normal Minecraft.
You can make factions with other players and stick together. People build bases and try to get stronger over time. Other players can grief those bases and try to knock you down so there is always some danger.
There is open combat between groups so pvp is a big thing here. You can pretty much do whatever you want as long as you are not cheating. The main rule is no hacked clients and no exploiting.
The server runs on version 1.21.1 and it opens on December 28th at 6 pm.

I found this server called Cozy MC and it feels really calm. They can have around 100 players online and it still does not feel crazy or loud. People actually help each other and it feels like a real shared world.
The world is just normal Minecraft survival. It is vanilla so there are no weird plugins changing the game and there are no plots or minigames. Everyone just builds near each other and shares roads and railways and other stuff.
The server is trust based so there are no land claims. You are supposed to read the rules carefully first. If something bad happens staff has tools to roll stuff back so that helps keep it safe.
Chat is pretty calm and people are respectful. PvP is only allowed if both players agree so it is not a constant fight server. You can join and start exploring right away.
To unlock full interaction like breaking blocks and picking up items you have to read all the rules. This is how they keep the world protected but it still feels like a real multiplayer server and not just singleplayer with chat.

Sparked is a long term vanilla style SMP that feels like you just joined a friends server. It is simple on purpose and it feels really barebones in a good way. There are no crazy menus or popups and no warps and no land claims and just minimal quality of life stuff.

This is a small Minecraft server called LittleDigPlanet that has been around for more than ten years. It is a chill place for older players who want a simple survival world. Most people are in their late 20s or early 30s and the server asks for players who are 25 or older.
The server is pretty close to vanilla with only a few changes. It runs on hard difficulty and has no ranks and no moderator positions. The owner and their wife play by the exact same rules as everyone else. There are no land claim plugins and the goal is to keep the game feeling like normal Minecraft.
They started a fresh map on June 27th 2025 with the 1.21.6 update. The world border is set 10k blocks from spawn in every direction for now and they will expand it later. View distance is set very high at 32 chunks and they usually like to have around 8 to 12 players online at peak times so it feels active but not crowded.
There are a few small tweaks for grief and quality of life. Enderman and creeper block damage is turned off so builds do not get ruined but villagers still work fine. AFK players do not count for sleep so a few active players can still skip the night. Besides the main survival world they also keep a legacy server so you can visit their old maps and a creative server to test builds or redstone machines. Overall it feels like a long term mature survival world for people who just want to mine craft build and hang out without drama.

All Outta Blocks is a survival server that feels a lot like Hermitcraft. It uses a diamond based economy with a big shopping district and tons of public builds and projects. Most players use proximity chat so it feels like hanging out in the same room.
The server is made by the players for the players and they run polls and take plugin ideas from the community. The plugins are mostly cosmetic or quality of life so the server still feels pretty close to vanilla Minecraft.
There are homes and player warps so it is easier to get around and meet up with people. The community is pretty active with around 5 to 20 players on during the day and about 100 players total who come and go.
It is Java only on version 1.21.10 and it is whitelisted and 18 plus only. The server wants to keep that classic vanilla feel while still growing in whatever direction the community chooses.
