    I found TrootheSMP and it is a friendly cross play survival SMP that tries to keep the survival feeling the whole time.

    The world runs in seasons and Season 5 is happening right now. The seasons are made to last long enough so people can actually build big bases set up player shops and work on community builds without getting wiped all the time.

    It is not an 18 plus server but everyone is expected to act mature and be respectful.

    It also has a few extra features that are meant to help with building and quality of life. There is Discord integration with account linking and updates. The economy is item based with physical player run shops. There are land claims to help stop griefing. It also supports Simple Voice Chat plus things like armored elytra and villager leashes.

    I found a Minecraft server called MinecraftOffline that runs lifesteal survival on version 1.21.11.

    It is hosted in Europe and it is based in Finland so it should feel smooth for EU players. The world is meant to be truly permanent with no resets ever so your builds and progress can stick around.

    It also uses custom plugins to change things up and it is running on strong hardware with NVMe SSDs ECC RAM and a 1 Gbit network.

    This server is called MineScape and it feels like playing Old School RuneScape but inside Minecraft. It is built as a big MMORPG world where you start as a small adventurer and try to become really strong over time.

    There are custom NPCs and custom mobs you can interact with and fight. The world is a beautiful hand crafted map so it feels like a real fantasy place instead of a random world. There are custom quests you can do so it feels like an actual adventure and not just normal survival.

    MineScape has a lot of custom skills to train like attack ranged magic woodcutting mining smithing crafting and many more. You can grind skills for a long time and slowly see your progress. There are clue scrolls that give rewards when you solve them and there are daily rewards for logging in.

    You can also collect pets cosmetics and titles and try to climb active leaderboards to show off how good you are. The server has rules listed on their site so players know how to behave and keep the community nice.

    Overall MineScape is for people who like RuneScape style grinding and quests and want that feeling inside Minecraft with a big shared world and lots of skills to level.
