I found a Bedrock prison server that is built for a steady grind and it stays simple on purpose. It has 108 custom enchants and the core commands are easy like spawn wild and pvp.
The wild world is made for progression and newer players can find loot chests to help them start. Plots are unlimited but the price is what keeps it fair.
It is not pay to win and every rank can be earned in game. Ranks come from crates and you earn crates by mining and playing.
The economy is balanced for long term play and there are seasonal resets to keep things fair. The dev also says they are working on Factions and Bedwars next and they want feedback to help decide what gets built.
