This server is a modded event server built around a huge Maze Runner style game. It is set up for up to 100 players and everyone has to choose how they want to help. You can be a runner who goes into the maze for glory or you can stay in the glade and gather resources for your team.
The maze gets scary at night and creatures can trap you with no way out. The server also runs mini events while the event is live so players stay busy.
They use Simple Voicechat and a custom Griever mod. The community is a big deal here and they want new people to apply and join in.

Players can make nations then team up with other nations or go to war. It is inspired by MagicGum so expect lots of diplomacy and fighting.
The server has been around for 4 years and it is lore rich with a lot of history and trust. They are expecting over 100 players to show up.

I found a server called Split SMP that runs big civilization events. They do a new twist every month or two and it pulls in a lot of players.
This season is Season 4 and it is Maze Runner inspired. Everyone gets split into four teams and the whole event runs for 7 days.
