FolksMC is a tight knit survival server that has been running since August last year. It feels like a real community and they care a lot about making everyone feel welcome.
The main style is factions so you can join a team make your own team or just roam as a nomad. There are wars too but players have to negotiate the war rules first so it stays fun for everyone.
It is semi vanilla with a few helpful plugins like two homes and spawn. There are gravestones woodcutting and a sit command.
