I found a newer Towny survival server that started as a streaming server and now it is trying to grow.
It is a no reset world and it feels pretty chill. Griefing and stealing are not allowed. PVP is not a huge focus but people still compete a lot in grinding stuff.
It has in game ranking that uses in game money. It also has a dynmap so you can see the world. There are player warps and player shops plus a sell only server shop. Jobs are on and MCMMO is on too.
It usually has a few players online. When the owner streams on twitch it gets way more active and can hit 12 or more.
It supports version 1.21.10 or similar. There is also a Bedrock port.
