I found 1fighter2defenders and it is a survival server that tries to stay as vanilla as possible
There are no gameplay rules and there are no admins running around fixing stuff. There are no land claims and no protection so anything can happen. Griefing building and cheating are all allowed and it is basically anything goes
They also say there are no server sided dupes and the world does not reset. The server started in April 2021 so it has been around for a long time and lots of players have visited
It runs on 1.21 and you can join from 1.17 to 1.21.11
