I found a really small Minecraft server that is mostly for casual play and testing builds
It is survival focused and the setup is lightweight so it feels simple and chill
The rules are friendly and they do not allow griefing so builders and new players can feel safe
They want active players who are respectful and mature so the community stays relaxed
