I found a 4 month old anarchy server where the world is staying for the long run. People say if you build something it actually matters and it is not one of those servers where everyone gets stacked fast then leaves.
It is 1.21.11 survival and it has a huge 1m by 1m world border so you can really go far. It is semi vanilla with stuff like TPA and vote ranks and it also says no pay to win.
Dupes are patched but most exploits are allowed so it feels wild. There is anticheat to keep pvp fair so no reach fly or xray. It is anarchy so you should not trust anyone.
