I found Anarchy Network and it is a semi anarchy survival server that tries to feel like vanilla. It started on October 11th 2024 and it is hosted in New York City in the USA.
The server stays online all the time and it lets you join on Java versions from 1.7.2 up to 1.21.11. They say 1.21.11 is the best one to use so you do not run into problems.
It is a big world with a 2 million block border and there are no map resets. There is no teleporting and no pay to win stuff. PvP and griefing are allowed so you can play rough and build at your own risk.
The only command they allow that is not vanilla is spawn so players far out can get back to civilization. Nether roof access is allowed phantoms are removed and only half the players are needed to skip the night.
They still block some things like exploits lag machines duping spamming and harassment or racial slurs in chat.

It works for Java and Bedrock so you can join on console too. The server started on January 15th 2026. The world border is 3 million and it can expand later. There are no map resets.
It runs on hard difficulty. Nether roof access is turned on. Only 25 percent of players need to sleep to skip the night. Phantoms are optional with a /phantoms toggle. Respawning is more spread out around spawn.
