Stonehaven SMP is a small chill Minecraft server that just got a fresh reset and is trying to grow a friendly community. People join and play at their own pace and most just like to build talk and hang out together.
The server runs on Minecraft 1.21.1 with Fabric and it uses only a few quality of life mods. There is in game voice chat so players can talk while they play. There is land claiming so your base is safe and you can even fly inside your claim which makes building big projects a lot easier.
The world has upgraded terrain and structures so places like the Nether the End villages mansions temples strongholds and more feel new and different. Trees can be chopped down in one go. This is a brand new vanilla Minecraft survival server that runs on Java and uses Fabric. It feels clean and simple and it just lets you play normal Minecraft without a lot of extra stuff.

This is a semi vanilla survival smp where the world feels pretty close to normal Minecraft but with some helpful extras. The main focus is on survival with a strong player economy and a calm pve vibe.

EchelonMC is a custom survival SMP that feels different from most servers I see. The owners use their own code and not a copy paste plugin pack so everything fits together really well.
The server is survival but it has extra systems that are made to help long term play. As you walk around you can make paths and get speed when you use them. There is a currency you earn just by playing and you spend it on progression and useful stuff.
Land claiming is a big focus. Claims have visual borders and per chunk settings and a bunch of anti grief tools. You can control mobs TNT fire spread raids and even fluids so builds stay safe.
