This is a Bedrock realm called Niigatas in Kyoto and it feels like a chill adult builders place. The people here are into a hermitcraft style world so you play survival and still focus a lot on cool builds.
It is a normal survival world and achievements are turned on so it is not some wild modded thing. They use an add on called Actions and Stuff but it is optional. The whole thing feels pretty fair and focused on effort and creativity.
The players are adults and they want people who are respectful and who try their best. You do not have to be a pro builder. They like if you want to learn and improve and join in on ideas with other people.

This is a server called Ascend SMP and it is all about simple survival.

I found this Minecraft community called Forge Gaming and it has three different realms to play on. One realm is for new players and another realm is for trusted players who like long term survival. They even still have their original realm from 2017 that has never been wiped so you can see a really old world that kept going for years.
Everyone hangs out in their Discord server and it is very organized. They have channels for games and hobbies and life updates and also screenshots and media and even stuff like food and pets. People talk there a lot and they seem pretty active.
The community feels friendly and supportive. Players actually help each other and try to make long term friendships instead of just playing once and leaving. They use a simple application inside Discord so joining looks easy and not confusing.

I found this cool Minecraft server called The Pals. It's for players who are 18 and older. It's all about hanging out and having a relaxing time after a long day. The server is Vanilla+ which means it's mostly like regular Minecraft but with some neat extras. You can explore amazing new biomes because of Terralith world generation and the Nether and End are totally different with Incendium and Stellarity.
What's awesome is that you can resummon the Ender Dragon whenever you're up for a fight and there are three extra custom bosses too. There's this feature called AuraSkills that lets you progress like a light RPG and you can claim and protect your builds with Lands.
