I found a server that is made for practicing pvp and getting better overall.
It feels really smooth and has very little delay so fights feel clean.
The main thing is practicing different kits and just working on your skill. It also seems to have little to no players most of the time so it can feel kind of empty.

Termina is a Towny server that tries to feel intense without turning into full anarchy. It is built around towns and politics but still wants real fights and real stakes.
Wars use a heist style system where TNT and creepers can break into builds during battle. When the war ends the damage regenerates so it is not about griefing. The point is to raid for chests and spawners and fight players.
There is also a duel arena with custom kits. You can stake Rupeez or items and the betting is meant to be fair with no scamming.
The server says it is not pay to win since ranks crate keys and tiered gear are earned in game through Rupeez and playtime. The world is a 40k by 40k custom map with a 3D live map and it supports Java and Bedrock crossplay.
