Raiding and griefing are not allowed and if something happens staff can roll it back. PvP is off in the wild but you can turn it on in your town or use the arenas if you want. The world has been updated and expanded through 1.21.4 so there is lots of fresh land to claim and build on. They also say they are EULA compliant and ranks come from in game events contests treasure hunts and voting.
