Broomstix SMP is a survival server that lets Java and Bedrock players play together on the latest version. It runs on hard difficulty so mobs actually hurt and you have to think a little before you run into caves.
The server uses custom enchantments and has land claiming with ProtectionStones so your builds are safe from grief. There is also an economy where you barter and use shops plus a public market and tutorial warps to help new players figure stuff out.
There is a main PvP arena with keep inventory so you can fight without losing your gear. You can use random teleport in the overworld and there is free fly in the overworld every Sunday which is actually really fun for exploring.
You get basic commands like homes and sethome and private messaging and teleport requests so it is easy to play with friends. The server is also linked to Discord so people can talk and interact even when they are not in game and staff are pretty responsive.
They even try to help with homework in Discord which is kind of funny but actually useful. Voting gives ranks and rewards so you can earn stuff just by supporting the server.
