Ruby Civ is a new Minecraft server that has been up for about a week. It has around 20 active players right now and it is looking for more people to jump in.
The vibe is chill and the admins and the community seem really nice. There is also an anticheat that the owner is super proud of.
You can create your own civilization or join another one. It is not really a heavy pvp server but there is still politics between civilizations and sometimes even war so it stays interesting.

I found a modded server that runs on All the Mods 10 ATM10 version 5.5 and the whole vibe is nations. You can make your own nation and pick how it is run with your own government laws and ranks.
If you do not want to start from zero you can join a nation that already exists. To get in you join the Discord and ask to be whitelisted then staff helps you get started and gives you a beginner kit.
