I found a fresh Minecraft server that is about to launch soon. The owner says it should be tomorrow or the day after because the host is fixing some issues they hit at launch.
It sounds like a new start server with lots of content right away. They also plan to add even more content later so it feels like it will keep growing over time.

Poobert SMP is a vanilla survival server with a small set of plugins to make stuff more fun. It is meant to be a joke name and the server is not trying to be serious.
PvP is on so you can fight people if you want. There is also a no griefing rule so builders and redstone players can make bases and farms without getting wrecked.
They do events sometimes and the server just started today so joining early means you will not miss much. Netherite armor and weapons are banned most of the time and only show up from events.
