EuMC is a vanilla anarchy server with a tiny community and it is made for people who want no rules at all. There is no anti cheat so it is really anything goes.
It runs on 1.12.2 but you can join on any version. The server is small with a 20 player cap for now and it might change if more people show up.
There are a couple weird issues you should know about. Some chunk related stuff can kick you if you use Meteor client. Also no fall does not work so if you are flying and try to land it can kill you.
