Realm of Thrones is a crossplay SMP that feels like it is all about building civilizations and making a real community. People make kingdoms and try to level them up over time. You can go for power and conquest or you can stay peaceful and become a trade partner and ally.
It has a ranking system that goes up with in game money and your play time. As you rise you get more access and more prestige. It pushes you to keep playing and growing your nation.
There are configurable tech style parts so players can set up factories and try to become a big industry leader. The server also adds a bunch of quality of life stuff so it does not feel boring.
There is stuff like legendary fishing you can sell and crates you can test your luck with. You can use the server shop or make your own shop. You can also take jobs and get paid for playing while leveling them up. McMMO leveling is part of the grind too. They also just launched around 25 quests and it is new and still being tested with more planned later.
