Snowdrop SMP is a modded Java server on NeoForge 1.21.1 and it is more of a mess around kind of place. The modpack feels like a kitchen sink so it does not really stick to one theme and that is the whole vibe.
They are open to suggestions for basically any kind of mods so the server can keep changing with the community. You have to apply to join and it is for players who are 16+ and they say applications get accepted pretty fast.
The pack has lots of Lets Do mods plus Starcatcher for reworked fishing. There is also a bunch of building and decor stuff like Chipped and Handcrafted and some Macaws style mods. For adventure there is L Enders Cataclysm and there is Farmers Delight plus voice chat and magic mods. Ecliptic Seasons and Natures Spirit are in there too so the world feels more alive.

You start as Freeborn or Captured. Freeborn can travel and work and fight and try to survive in a dangerous land. Captured characters have to endure and obey or try to escape.
You make your own character and you can pick a race like humans elves fairies goblins giants and more. The lore is player driven so alliances can rise and fall and power can shift through conflict. Staff guide the world lightly but players shape what happens.
