I found a 2b2t style anarchy server called 2 Paws 1 Job and it is all about true no rules survival.
It runs on 1.21.11 and it is on dedicated hardware. They say it is built to handle 500 plus players with no lag.
There are no resets ever so whatever happens stays. Dupes are allowed griefing is encouraged and pvp is always on.
It tries to feel near vanilla with custom plugins and there is no pay to win and no protected spawn. You can join instantly with no whitelist and it supports Java Bedrock MCPE and cracked clients too.
