This server is called The Collective Realm and it is an economy survival server that is in early alpha.

You pick a job and then you make money by selling items you do not need anymore. The whole idea is that the community helps shape how the server grows over time.

The server is community driven so player feedback is supposed to mold the features and changes as more people join.

It also works cross platform so more players can join and play together.

Warriors SMP is a survival server where you can do a bit of everything. You can jump into pvp fights or play more chill and focus on making money. It is running a beta version of 1.21.4.

You can mine and sell your loot for quick cash. There is a shop where you spend money or shards to get items you want. There is also an auction house where players put items up for sale and you can list your own stuff for a price.

If you like exploring you can use random teleport to jump around the overworld the nether or the end. You can set a home and teleport back when you want so building bases and farms is pretty easy.

The server has teams so you can create a group with friends and go to war with other groups to claim land and show off. There are leaderboards so you can see who is on top and a bounty system so you can put a price on other players.

The community feels focused on friends fun chat giveaways and events so it is not just grinding all the time. It is a place to hang out and mess around with different playstyles.

Emopia is a public survival server created and maintained for the community of TheSwedishEmilf, owned by DarkSmite, Svenebanan and TheSwedishEmilf. The main world uses a Towny style setup where you can build up cities with friends and other players. On the main server you can trade with others, sell items and services between players and towns, and visit a spawn area that features shops, an auction house, a casino and more. There are also plans for many future additions and improvements together with the community. The server hosts special events on a dedicated event server created by Vakten, who focuses on CommandBlock based gameplay. Events require an admin to run the games for you.
