When Cities Rot is a modded SMP built around a zombie apocalypse. It uses the fungal spore and Lost Cities mods then stacks on more like Create and TaCZ plus other extras.
The server feels player driven and roleplay is welcomed by the community. People are already forming factions fast so you can join one or start your own and help shape the stories that happen.
It is PvPvE and the rule is you can only steal weapons and ammo if you kill someone. Bigger teams can claim more territory. If you take a fight be ready for revenge because you never know how many friends they have.
