United Lands is a Towny based Earth SMP on 1.21.5 and it is all about making nations and fighting over land. It uses a 1:500 scale Earth map so groups can claim huge areas without crazy upkeep and try to shape borders however they want. Big groups can also get discounts.
The gameplay goes deep with towns all over the world plus roleplay and PvP when things get heated. There are custom items and gear and even weird foods like avocados and mac and cheese.
Progress feels like you get choices since there are 7 jobs and each one has its own skill tree. You can work toward Masterwork Armor and upgrades like extra sethomes and even flying in your town.
The economy is player driven with no admin shops. Players set up warps for shops so you have to hunt for good deals or try to become the best seller.
The server says it is fair play with no pay to win since store items are cosmetic only and sponsorships do not give gameplay advantages.

This is a Java 1.21.11 server for chill players who like big building projects and a long term world. The whole idea is themed areas and each group works on huge immersive environments.
There are six themes going on right now like ancient Aztec and Egypt builds underground stuff sci fi and magic medieval builds a modern city and Asian style temples.
The community has around 20 to 25 active players. The rules are simple with no claims no griefing and no PVP. They also have no plans to reset the world.
It stays close to vanilla even with a few gamerule changes or plugins and there is no tp or home commands. VoiceChatMod is required to join.
