ArcticMC is a brand new survival server that started only a couple days ago. It is an SMP that mixes Towny and factions so you can build a town then team up or fight over land.
PvP matters here but it is meant to stay honorable. There is an honor system and it is explained in their rules.
It also has McMMO so you level up skills while you play. It has custom items too and they even have furniture that is entity based with limits planned to help with lag.
The world uses Tectonic world generation so the terrain looks realistic with big mountains and valleys. The community is calm and friendly so it feels more like a chill place to grind build explore and hang out.
