I found this server called 99b99t and it is a straight up anarchy world. There are no rules and no limits so you can do whatever you want and nobody will stop you.
The server runs all day and night so it is always on. The difficulty is set to hard so mobs and players can destroy you if you are not careful.
You can join with Java from version 1.12.2 up to 1.21.11 so lots of people can connect. The world is brand new so spawn and the rest of the map are still getting ruined and built at the same time.
It is basically pure chaos and survival where you try to make a base or join others or just fight everyone. If you want a place with no rules and real anarchy this is that kind of server.
