There is a spawn area and some NPCs. Player shops are being worked on right now so trading should get better over time.
The pack mixes tech and magic so you can build machines and storage setups and also mess around with spells and enchant style upgrades. It has a ton of addons too so there is always more stuff to craft and explore.
They want everyone to keep it respectful and just have fun with whoever you meet. You will need at least 16 GB of RAM and you might have to adjust settings but there are performance mods included to help it run.
