DeadChests (places your items in a temporary chest for 30 minutes when you die so they do not despawn), Anti-Xray. Shop where you can buy/sell a few items. /trade to trade with other players over a distance. Premium anti-cheat to keep bad actors out. Teleport to your bed with /home bed. PvP and raiding is allowed, but reasonable diplomacy is encouraged.
