Waystone is a small semi vanilla survival server that feels like a long term hangout. People build towns and big projects and also chat and actually stick around.
It is not pay to win and it does not do constant resets. The world is meant for a relaxed pace and long builds.
Land claiming helps keep your stuff safe without being annoying. If you die your items sit in a gravestone for a few hours so it is not super stressful.
There is a skill system that levels as you play and gives small perks over time. When you go raiding together everyone gets their own loot so nobody argues.
Proximity voice chat is optional and you can use party chat too. The server also has seasons and holiday events to make the world feel more alive.
It is Java 1.21.11 and whitelist only and it is hosted in the UK.
