I found SimPvP and it is a really old Minecraft Java server that has been running since September 2011. The world stays the same and it will never reset so you can walk through years of player history.
This is a semi anarchy style place where griefing raiding and killing are allowed. Hacking is not allowed so it is still meant to be fair.
It also keeps things simple with no home commands and no tpa and no warp. There are no kits and no crates either so you have to survive and travel the normal way.
It runs on version 1.21.8 and it feels like a server for people who want real survival and a world that actually matters.

This is a semi anarchy survival server with very few rules so it feels like vanilla chaos. It has been running for almost a year so the world has history and people who stick around.
It supports Java and Bedrock and also console players can join too. Java versions from 1.13 to 1.21.x are supported and 1.21.11 is recommended.
The big thing is no hacks at all. That means no hacked clients no cheats and no xray even with resource packs. No exploiting server vulnerabilities and no crashing or trying to lag the server. I found a OneBlock server called LegionCraft and it is all about building up from your own island and grinding to get stronger.
There are challenging bosses and when you beat them they can drop keys. You can use those keys for rare loot and there are crates with epic gear and rewards.
