This server is a vanilla anarchy style place that has been running for almost a year. It supports both Java and Bedrock so more people can join in.
It stays chaotic but it is also strict about fair play. Hacked clients cheats and xray are not allowed even with resource packs. Exploiting bugs crashing the server or trying to lag it on purpose is not allowed either. Macros and automation tools are banned and chat spam can get you auto kicked.
Java works from 1.13 up to 1.21.x and the recommended version is 1.21.11. Console players can join too by adding the friend name.

Halcyon is a Lands PvP server that goes for an immersive medieval feel while still running on the latest vanilla Minecraft version 1.21.11. It is based in Australia and the playerbase comes from all over so you can usually find people online.
The world is handmade and the server adds a few limits to make survival harder and slow down progress. Night cannot be skipped and health only comes back slowly and only in certain conditions. The idea is to push players away from exploit style meta play and more toward creativity and teamwork.
There is no teleporting so travel matters a lot. People end up making roads and waystations and even secret underground railways. Crops and saplings are tied to specific biomes so trading becomes important and different areas can feel unique.
