The Coffee Pot Network is a new ish Minecraft network with a mostly adult player base and a friendly vibe. People joke around and still help each other and they are trying to build a strong community on a forever world.
It supports both Java and Bedrock clients and it is running 1.21.11. There are multiple worlds to play in and survival is the main one where most players are building bases farms and trading hubs. It has light plugins for land claim and a simple economy.
There is also a creative world where building is limited to land claims and you get a big area to claim when you join. If you want stress then there is a hardcore world where one death wipes the whole world and it restarts.
They also keep an older Bedrock Realms world as an exploration place that is set to adventure mode and used for memories. Access uses a greylist and you link your account through Discord before you can freely roam the servers.
