Anarchy Network is a semi anarchy Minecraft server that tries to stay really close to normal vanilla survival. It launched in October 2024 and it runs all the time on a world with a huge border that goes out two million blocks.
You can join on a lot of different Java versions from 1.7.2 up to 1.21.11 and they say 1.21.10 works the best right now. There are no map resets so everything people build or destroy stays there. There is no teleporting and no pay to win stuff. Griefing and PvP are totally allowed so you have to be careful who you trust.
The only special command they allow is spawn so if you go super far away you can still get back to other players. They also let you use the nether roof and they turned off phantoms and only need about half the people sleeping to skip the night.

You do not get free teleporting here. Instead players are supposed to build real infrastructure like nether highways connected towns and shared community areas. There is optional keep inventory but it is not forced.
They use custom plugins that they made themselves for land claiming towns and the player mall. These are only to protect builds and manage towns and shops and they do not change the basic vanilla gameplay.
