We are looking for players who are extremely community oriented, or even willing to be. The idea is to have a similar environment as the HermitCraft SMP server and be story driven like Dream SMP or the Stoneworks RP server, but with a little twist. Thereβs really no major inspiration from that other than community oriented building and interacting. This will involve lore made by the staff to help encourage players to make their own. Disclaimer:We change the theme for the server every season. We have done full vanilla SMP and almost entirely modded. This lets each season be a new and interesting setting to play, and to have fun with friends. This season we are doing Races, Custom Generation, and a mild continuation of the previous Season’s lore. We have an amazing spawn area this season as the theme is The Garden. We currently have custom made plants and food recipes to go along with the Custom Gen biomes alongside the vanilla biomes.

Most Minecraft servers don’t really let you play Minecraft. Minigames, Factions, kit PvP, and economy servers all advertise exciting gameplay. These servers can be fun, but by piling on new features and changing how the game works, they take some of the magic out of Minecraft and end up providing an experience that in many cases has already been done better by other popular games. It can be hard to find a server that doesn’t suffer from this in some way; even servers that promise vanilla gameplay are often plagued by cheaters, unresponsive/abusive staff, lag, or crashing, and often have gameplay-changing plugins, restrictive rules, or unnecessary features that don’t improve the experience. VanillaEvolved does things differently.

β Vanilla Anarchy (Players will be on the same playing field. This means no hack/cheat clients, unfair modifications, or exploits This experience should bring you back to the old days of Minecraft when there were no rules, but everyone was on the same level.)

This server is vanilla.We use a couple of plugins for optimization and moderation, and there is an optional custom resource pack. Terralith is applied to world generation. You can build once you claim a spot. Claim a spot with a crafting table, bed or campfire. Simply highlight it with your cross hair while crouching. Your blocks gain protection in a claimed area, however… If you die, other players will be able to destroy your blocks for about 10 minutes.
