I found this server called 1fighter2defenders and it is basically full anarchy survival. It tries to feel as vanilla as possible but with no rules at all.
There are no gameplay rules and there is no land claiming and no protection. You can grief and build and cheat and do whatever you want. Everything goes so you have to watch your back all the time.
The server has been running since April 2021 so the world is over four and a half years old. Thousands of players have joined at least once so there is a lot of history and destroyed stuff everywhere.
The server runs on Minecraft 1.21 and you can join from 1.17 up to 1.21.11. It is just raw survival chaos with no server sided dupes and no world resets so what you do actually stays there.
