I found a Skyblock server that is trying to grow and they want an experienced admin to help lead it.
The admin role is about bringing in players running the mod team planning events handling plugins and building up the community while the owner focuses on backend hosting and custom dev.
It starts unpaid then if the server grows it can turn into revenue share and the role is basically assistant owner. They want someone who knows plugins and is good with people.
