This is a nation called Empirx and it is in big trouble. It is only day 4 of the new season and they already got hit by a bunch of events that made them weaker.
There is a huge nation to the north that might attack as soon as the grace period ends. Empirx only has about 13 players right now so they really need more people before war starts.
The server is Java only and it feels like a place for players who like nations and big clashes and defending their land. If you want to join a small nation that is under threat and help them survive this could be a good place for you.
