I found a calm survival server that is made for cozy play. It supports both Java and Bedrock so more people can join.
There is no PvP so you do not have to worry about fighting. There are also no world resets so your builds can stay for the long run.
It also says no pay to win which keeps it fair. The server has some vanilla plus tweaks and the community sounds friendly and chill. It feels like a place to take it slow and just build what you like.
